Client-driven custom renovation transformed this former rooming house into our clients’ forever DC dream home. Demolition of the original home uncovered major structural issues that required a change of plan on the fly. The result is a nearly complete brand new home within the facade of this historical Philadelphia row home. Custom cabinetry, brass fixtures, exposed brick, all new everything have reborn this home for the next generation.
